Mentors are professionals who guide and advise mentees in their career paths to help them succeed. A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, guide, support and advise their mentees.
Time commitment: at least 1 hour per month
Program duration: 6 months
Required qualities:
- Enthusiastic to share their knowledge and experience
- Good listener / sounding board
- Values diversity of perspectives
- Honest / non-judgmental
- Able to deliver constructive feedback
- Has a growth mindset
- Cares about developing others
Required experience (for this program):
- 5+ years of working experience (with ADM or another company)
- Subject Matter Expert in their field
- Role model of ADM’s leadership behaviors and values
